The Primera LX610 is a desktop color label printer with built-in digital die-cutting capabilities — meaning it can print full-color labels and cut them into virtually any shape or size without custom metal dies. This makes it ideal for short runs, prototyping, and on-demand custom labels for products, packaging, marketing, and more.

✂️ Built-In Cutting

Integrated digital die-cutting and plotter cutter lets you cut labels in any shape or size directly after printing — circles, ovals, custom contours, etc.
Uses a precision blade (“pizza-wheel” cutter) to cut labels from continuous roll media.

🧾 Media Handling

Supports continuous roll media for custom die-cut printing and pre-die-cut labels.
Maximum print widths: ~4.1″ (105 mm) when digitally cutting and up to 5″ (127 mm) with pre-cut labels. Can handle up to about 3,000 labels per day depending on use.

💻 Software & Compatibility

Includes PTCreate Standard label design software (Windows). Upgrading to PTCreate Pro adds vector import, contour cutting, layering, auto-trace, and more.

The Primera LX910 is a high-performance color label printer designed for on-demand, full-color label printing with exceptional quality and versatility. It is the highest print quality color label printer ever developed by Primera, featuring industry-leading resolution and flexible ink options. A standout feature is its single tri-color CMY ink cartridge with built-in printhead that accepts both dye-based and pigment-based inks. This allows users to switch between brilliant, vibrant colors with dye ink for premium "prime" labels or durable, UV and water-resistant prints with pigment ink for industrial applications like GHS labels—essentially providing two printers in one. Each cartridge replacement includes a new printhead, significantly reducing maintenance costs and extending printer life. The printer includes BarTender UltraLite software for label design and barcode printing, and is compatible with Windows 7/8/10+ and MacOS 10.11+ systems. It features ink level warnings that calculate remaining prints based on current usage
